Meet Lourdes Carmona

Proven mentor for women in aviation, certified trainer in success strategies for teams, and inspirational speaker for audiences who have lofty goals and dreams.

Soaring success.

That’s what women and corporate teams experience when they take charge of their future, establish proven habits and behaviors, and begin having crucial conversations with others about rapidly achieving their goals. As Lourdes Carmona reveals to audiences worldwide, creating an effective flight plan for one’s life delivers big payoffs to those willing to refocus their efforts.

As a multi-faceted leader—international commercial pilot, flight- school instructor, and human-potential trainer certified in Jack Canfield’s success methodology-Lourdes lives her dream profession and lifestyle, while teaching others the steps to achieving their own version of success.

As a young girl of 13, she began to dream of a career in the cockpit after seeing a woman pilot while walking through JFK airport on her family’s first overseas trip. Though their lifestyle was modest, Lourdes created the opportunities and finances to study abroad, graduate from flight school, become an instructor herself, and eventually take command of flights and cabin crews as a seasoned pilot with more than 10,000 flight hours worldwide.

Today, Lourdes uses her transformative journey to help women pursuing aviation careers . . . teams who need to define and achieve major goals . . . and general audiences who want to live their own version of success.

She currently serves as a veteran airline pilot for one of Europe’s busiest airlines, Safety Manager and Flight Simulator Instructor for Europe’s pioneer professional pilot academy, and internal success trainer for aviation workgroups in Spain and beyond.

She has been a leadership trainer for Universidad Miguel Hernández, a team trainer for Jack Canfield’s signature event, and an on-air personality for Radio 5 in Madrid. Her past speaking clients have included Airpull Aviation Academy, AESEC (Spanish Entrepreneurs Association), Spanish Government delegation of gender equality of Alicante and Murcia, as well as public events throughout Europe.

A popular speaker for European, South American, and North American conferences, Ms. Carmona makes her home in Valencia, Spain. Additionally, as a bilingual speaker, she delivers powerful presentations to both Spanish and English speaking audiences.

She offers year- long Leadership Development programs for women in aviation and aviation leaders.
